ckzz Terms & Conditions

By registering an account on ckzz, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the ckzz platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online betting activities in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person.
• The personal information you provide at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and accept that risk entirely.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the ckzz platform immediately.

The ckzz platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is enforced without exception.

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• ckzz reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to suspicious activity.
• Acceptable proof of age includes a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority.
• Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds and winnings will be forfeited.

To access the full features of the ckzz platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ckzz will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify the ckzz support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your ckzz account — is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• ckzz reserves the right to request additional verification documents (KYC) at any time, including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

ckzz reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, particularly where it suspects a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the ckzz platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted for eligible accounts.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal requests delayed or declined until verification is complete.
• ckzz does not charge internal transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which ckzz bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ckzz account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ckzz reserves the right to apply additional security checks to any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for large amounts or unusual patterns.

ckzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have successfully completed the registration process and met any applicable eligibility criteria stated in the promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds. Winnings generated from bonus funds prior to meeting the wagering requirement are considered bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirement.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ckzz platform:

• All bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly offered and available for that market.
• ckzz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was settled using incorrect or incomplete information, including technical errors in odds display.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
• Collusion, match-fixing awareness, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating or unfair advantage-seeking is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform to gain a financial advantage.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the ckzz platform's code, design, or content.
• Systematic bonus abuse or multi-accounting to claim promotional offers more than once.

ckzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice or liability:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete requested identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Chargebacks initiated against ckzz through a payment provider without prior dispute resolution through our support channels.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player identity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance associated with that account may be forfeited at ckzz's sole discretion. Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily and in good standing, any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable withdrawal process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckzz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in published odds, game results, or account balance displays that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers affecting deposit or withdrawal processing times.

The ckzz platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, accurate, and secure service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

ckzz collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and general principles of contract law. In the event of a dispute between you and ckzz arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, the following process applies:
